Tourist tax (not included)
The tourist tax is € 2,50 ( from 1.1.2024 on € 3,40 ) per person per day (aged 14 years and over) payable locally.

Reduction for additional beds
From 0 to 1 years Euro 60,00
From 2 to 5 years - 50 % reduction
From 6 to 11 years  - 30 % reduction
over 12 years - 15 % reduction

Cancellation policy
30% of total amount of accomodation from time of reservation - non-refundable.
100% of total amount of accomodation 14 days before arrival - non-refundable.

In the period from 26.12 - 12.01 the following conditions apply:
30% at time of reservation - non-refundable.
100% by 01.12 - non refundable.

For the Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve (created by our Chef Mario Porcelli - 1 Michelin Star) we calculate an extra charge of Euro 350,00 per person (mandatory participation for people over 16 years of age). For children under the age of 16 years who do not wish to participate in the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner, we organise an early children' s dinner, included in the halfboard.

The prepayment is not refundable in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, except in the case of travel insurance. (See Travel Insurance)

These cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the canceled rooms are rented to other guests for part of or for the entire booked period.

All cancellations must be communicated by fax or email.

The hotel is not responsible for any personal economic events or any weather conditions that could cause a cancellation.

No-show or late arrival
In the case of No-Show, the booked rooms will be resold 24 hours after the planned arrival. The guest or the travel agency is not entitled to a refund.

Online portals
If booked through online portals, the rates and cancellation policy of the respective online portal applies.

Travel insurance
In order to avoid any cancellation fees, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. For more information please click [ here ] .

Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, the rooms/suites are available from about 4 pm. Please inform us, if you plan to arrive later than 9 pm.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room or suite by 11 am. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged.

Late check-out is available on request and subject to a surcharge.

All rooms and suites are non-smoking.

Dinner in the "Le Stuben" restaurant (for hotel guests only)

A charge of 60€ per person applies for dinner, which is not included in the half board arrangement.

If you book half board for the entire duration of your stay together with your room reservation, the dinner charge will be 20€ per person.

Domestic animals

Domestic animals of small size are welcome - on request! They are not allowed in the restaurant, bar and the wellness - beauty area. We thank you for your understanding. For your puppy we charge a supplement of 40 Euro per day (without food).
