The cuisine of the Alpenroyal Gourmet Restaurant brings together Chef Mario Porcelli’s Mediterranean roots and the landscape and produce of the Dolomites. Selected ingredients, seasonality and a considered approach to each product define a personal and contemporary culinary style.
Awarded one Michelin Star and the Passion Dessert distinction, the restaurant offers a gastronomic experience distinct from the hotel’s daily dining, in an intimate setting.
Opening hours
From Monday to Saturday from 7.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.
During the main holidays of Christmas and New Year's Eve, and for special occasions like Valentine's day, our restaurant is open also on Sundays.
When booking a half-board stay, dinner is included at Le Stuben Restaurant.
Dress code
Smart casual. Shorts and sandals are not permitted.
Dogs are not permitted.
