When i arrived for my relaxed solo getaway. I was greeted with such a fantastic welcoming from their lovely staff.
I then got into my room, wow it was perfect, i picked the Double De Luxe Room which had the picturesque views of the Dolomites and The Alps, the room had everything i could ever wish for, beautifully furnished and everything i needed and wanted from the room, like an Wifi Connection direct dial phone and even my own personal minibar. Very spacious and bathroom was the best i have had in a room for this price. 24 hours staff meant i was not having to eat between certain set times, i was allowed to follow my own regime which was perfect for me and my friend. The blue dining room was so beautiful, and we ate some home comfort food as well as wonderful local, traditional food. The wide selection of local cheese and fine wines were amazing. Staff were so warm and welcoming, and room was spotlessly clean.
We went on 2 hikes through the Dolomites, arranged by the hotel staff and the view was breathtaking. A hotel like this did not look out of place at all.
my favorite dish throughout the trip had to be the chocolate mousse, best i have ever tasted.
So highly recommend, worth more than 5*!!!!!!!!!!
From start to finish this holiday was perfect, we got a shuttle bus which took us to reception and were warmly greeted by staff, shown to the room and told roughly where everything was. The view from the window was stunning, barley had the curtains closed.
One day, after a hike we decided to use the spa. I had a mud bath and it was fantastic, would recommend to everyone!

e subito ci ha colpito la sua solarità, vulcanità, simpatia alta professionalità. Quasi ipnotizzati abbiamo accettato il suo invito . Dobbiamo dire di aver trascorso una serata fantastica indimenticabile e sicuramente da ripetere.Mai visti e mai assaggiati piatti cosi' incredibilmente sublimi creati da un grande artista .Assaporare i piatti è stato entusiasmante,diremmo un' esperienza sensoriale particolarissima.Ambiente raffinato e molto curato. Bè che dire, sono stata subito attirata dalla cura e dalla pulizia del locale,nonchè del servizio professionale e della sempre ricercata cucina dello chef Felice Lo Basso.Abbiamo scelto un menù degustazione a 6 portate,ed è subito iniziato un viaggio di consistenze e gusti accattivanti.Tradizione locale ma con una giusta ricerca alla novità e al sapore.La tartare di manzo era spettacolare!!!! Complimenti!!!!
Il servizio di sala è decisamente molto migliorato e all'altezza della cucina

| Da: maurino45 | | Ho avuto modo di soggiornare all'Alpenroyal in concomitanza dell'ondata di gelo che ha colpito il nord Italia poco tempo fa,trovato sole e temperatura mite.L'hotel è quanto di meglio si può pretendere,forse qualche angolo denuncia il bisogno di un ammodernamento ed il calore nelle camere è eccessivo.Il ristorante centrale è ben gestito ed il personale preparato ed in caso di modifiche al menù tutto era possibile.La spa è ottima ed i servizi in genere tutti di alto livello.

| Da: achkrei | | Siamo in due al ristorante gourmet, champagne aperitiv e piccole prelibatezze. Posto curato, per me il mejor hotel in Val Gardenae- abbiamo dormito un anno prima nelle splendide stanze- calde ! - molto accoglienti e con parecchi confort di un *****. Spazio nella spa- stufa a legna a vista (mai vista !!!!), gentilezza del personale, che dire- temperatura della piscina, non si risparmia- tutto caldissimo- splendidi !
Lo chef ci ha COCCOLATO, antipasto perfetto, primi sublimi e secondi che valgono il viaggio. Materia prima "superscelta"- non si bada a spese- il meglio per NOI (da copiare per altri albergatori....)
