His great skill in only choosing top quality fresh products and his ethical respect for the raw material in its own right are only two of the qualities which make this great chef stand out.
Well-known in the sector, in just a short time this young talent has become one of the best chefs working in a hotel structure in the Dolomites and Alps. For some time now he has been holding cookery courses and takes part in television broadcasts. In 2010 a cookery book will be published in which he has played an active part.
