Specific treatments (massages)
Massage Ayurveda:
Ayurveda is an ancient system of health care that originated in India thousands of years ago. The word Ayurveda means "knowledge of life" and is made up of two Sanskrit words: Ayu which means life and Veda which means the knowledge. Ayurveda is concerned with measures to protect “ayus”, which includes healthy living along with therapeutic measures that relate to physical, mental, social and spiritual harmony.

Ayurveda is a wholistic system of medicine whose aim is to provide guidance regarding food and lifestyle so that healthy people can stay healthy and folks with health challenges can improve their health.

What we see is that Ayurveda is more than just a medical system. It is a Science of Life. We are all part and parcel of nature. Ayurveda is a system that helps maintain health in a person by using the inherent principles of nature to bring the individual back into equilibrium with their true self.
Massage Ayurveda Abhangyam:
Abhiyanga is a massage done by experienced massage therapists using herbal oil.
The oil is specially selected for the particular body constitution. Its absorption through the skin leads to great benefits. Oil when it penetrates the skin, hydrates and moves into the lymph and blood and helps to clear out toxins.
It boosts the immune system, nourishes the nerves and tonifies the muscles, joints and bones.
The aim of Abhyanga massage is to bring equilibrium to the body by harmonising the 5 elemental forces and humours.
Massage Ayurveda Shirodara:
Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice performed in India for over 2,000 years.  The name comes from the Sanskrit words shiras 'head' and dhara 'flow'.

Shirodhara involves warmed flowing liquids ( herbal oils ) gently poured onto the forehead (the 'third eye') to profoundly relax the nervous system and balance the Prana Vata, the dosha that exerts control over the brain. It is performed with the client lying face up on a massage table in a relaxing environment. This oil jet treatment leads to deep mental and spiritual diversion and it is considered an important tool in the pursuit of higher states of consciousness.
It has been used to treat a variety of conditions including eye diseases, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, graying of hair, loss of memory, neurological disorders, memory loss, insomnia, hearing impairment, tinnitus, vertigo, 'Ménière' s disease and certain types of skin diseases like psoriasis.

This treatment is also good for some mental disorders, headache, sleepless, mental exhaustion, anxiety, nervousness, and it promotes the power of concentration.
Massage Shiatsu:
Shiatsu is a Japanese word meaning "finger pressure" and is a hands-on therapy with its roots in Oriental traditional medicine. It is based on the use of fingers, palm and especially thumbs of one's hand to apply pressure to particular sections on the surface of the body for the purpose of correcting the imbalances of the body, and for maintaining and promoting health. It is also a method contributing to the healing of specific illnesses.

The actual treatment approach and philosophy is similar to acupuncture in its usage of the meridians (energy channels) and tsubo (pressure points), but without the use of needles. The practitioners use fingers and thumb for applying pressure precisely at localized points. For applying pressure over a larger area, they use palms, elbows, knees, and feet. In addition to the pressure itself, shiatsu involves gentle stretch and manipulation techniques.

Stretching exercises and other corrective techniques creates flexibility and balance in the body, both physically and energetically.
Massage Hot Stone:
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body that are thought to be energy centers of the body to rebalance the body and mind. The stones are immersed in water and heated until they are within a certain temperature range. The stones may be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes to improve the flow of energy in your body.

After the hot stones have relaxed the muscles, the massage therapist may put down the stones and use his or her hands to directly massage the skin. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system.
Massage Thai:
Thai massage - an ancient art of body therapy for healing, health, and transformation. It has been used for countless generations to treat degenerative conditions and promote wellness.

Thai Massage is an interactive manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. The receiver is put into many yoga like positions during the course of the massage.
The effect is uniquely relaxing as well as energizing. Thai Massage uses two primary procedures - applying gentle pressure with the hands and feet, and a wide variety of passive stretching movements. With these techniques the body begins to open and regain flexibility and ease of movement, while the mind gently returns to calm alertness.

The energy body, as well as the internal organs, are stimulated by pressure on peripheral reflex points. Thai Massage facilitates a sense of unity, wholeness, and balance. It creates a dynamic physical experience which integrates the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Massage Hawaii Lomi Lomi:
The art of Lomi lomi is a massage therapy that has been practiced by the Hawaiians for many centuries. Lomi lomi involves a holistic approach to the person and seeks to heal and promote wellness in body, mind and spirit. It is the "dance of massage".
Lomilomi combines the use of prayer (pule), breath (ha), and energy (mana) with a variety of massage strokes to release areas of congestion in the body.

Lomi lomi improves physical and athletic performance through the rhythmic application of thumbs, palms, fingers, knuckles, knees, feet, forearms, elbows, or even sticks and stones to specific areas of tension.

Lomi lomi relaxes the nervous system, increases circulation and creates a tangible sense of well being. It is useful for maintaining health, and relieving pain from injury and debilitating illness.

Lomi lomi has been always used to promote and maintain wellness, decongest the body, relieve pain and treat various ailments including fractures, dislocations, and internal conditions such as stomach upsets, as well as to aid in childbirth.
Massage Jamuthai:
Flowers, spices and world of nature for the renaissance of body and the more absolute sense of wellbeing and happiness.

It is a massage which connects Polynesia, Indonesia and India, and is a secret therapy that is carried out still today. Jamuthai in Polynesian language means an herb ritual with aphrodisiac effect; the name comes from the river Jamuna (water that brings beauty).

Historically this massage was practised at the Royal Palace of the Java Island, as a ritual for preparation of the royal brides.

Specific treatments "Soft Pack System" (baths)
Hay baths:
The use of natural materials for prevention and treatment is very popular nowadays. People prefer treatments on natural basis without damaging side-effects.
The hay bath is gentler than comparable peloid treatments. It prevents the cardio circulatory system from being subjected to undue stress. The therapeutic powers of mountain hay have been known for centuries.
It stimulates the metabolism and alleviates muscular tension as well as respiratory system disturbances.
Mud baths :
A mud bath is a type of therapy, in which a person is soaked in mud. They are usually used for treating rheumatism.

The mud bath relaxes and soothes aching muscles, joints, detoxifies, and naturally draws out toxins and impurities.
Being cocooned and buoyed up in the warm, soft mixture simply sucks all the stress out.

The temperature makes you perspire, which cleans the pores, exfoliates and nourishes the skin leaving it soft and renewed.
Cleopatrabad bath:
Is a milk bath. For a clean and smooth skin.
