Bio breakfast and enormous buffet. Each day do we offer an abundant English style breakfast along with sweet specialities and salads as wellas cereals, muesli, croissants straight from the oven and a range of local bread varieties. We also offer a glass of 'bubbly' for those wishing to start the day in style! A chef prepares crêpes and omelettes to order directly in the breakfast room.
Breakfast available 24 hours. From 7.30 with hudge buffet up to 11.00. Afterwards in the main bar.
The kitchen is open during the whole day untill 11.p.m. Up to 2 p.m. we serve lunch in the "Le Stuben" Restaurant. Afterwards an afternoon snack list is served in the bar.

Gourmet, vegetarian and dietetic cuisine. Expertly prepared and stylish dishes without forgoing enjoyment. On request we will prepare special dishes for guests who are allergic to certain foods or ingredients.
Teatime and the buffet of pastries and sweets Afternoon tea is a unique experience at Alpen-Royal. Savour the world's most famous blends, such as Darjeeling or Earl Gray made in the true British manner and accompanied by delicious crêpes, pastries and delicacies which you can select from 3 p.m. onwards from the extensive free buffet located in the hotel bakery and cake shop.
Wine cellar This is a veritable wine-lover's paradise: over 600 different fine wines and top vintages from all over the world.
Wine Tastings We organise wine tastings tutored by experts to various themes, including those suggested by guests.
Tasting of local cheeses During dinner we offer you the chance to taste locally produced cheeses including goat's and sheep's cheese, both fresh and mature, made from non-pasteurised milk produced in high mountain farmsteads. One evening per week is dedicated to tasting a wider range of local cheeses.
Gala dinner by candle light Daily we prepare a romantic candlelight gourmet dinner with plenty of delicacies to savour.
Ladin traditional dishes Daily attention in our different menues is dedicated to dishes from the Dolomites valleys in which Ladin, the ancient language of the Alps is spoken, including "Panicia", "Tirtles" or "Fanzieuts da Levá".
Something special is our local cheesetasting, the rich choice on grappas, other destillates and oilive oils.
Local and other great italian wines are recommended by our Sommelier Hannes Prinoth.
