Gourmet Ladinia Royal


The new lunch restaurant of Grand Hotel Alpenroyal's cuisine, which is known far beyond the borders of South Tyrol, now offers special gourmet delights: this is the first gourmet cuisine with Ladin traditions, where a Michelin star is combined with excellent cooking skills from Val Gardena and South Tyrol. From fresh local products, star chef Felice Lo Basso creates regional tasting events, starters, main courses and desserts at a Michelin level, that is unique in the gourmet sector: venison carpaccio with cranberry jelly or the finest South Tyrolean bacon dumplings in a beef bouillon, and not to forget about the beef fillet in a hay crust or the fruits of the forest cup with a special mix of yoghurt, honey and mint ice-cream.
