Felice Lo Basso’s roots are not to be sought in the Alps or the Dolomites but in the south - in Puglia. Lightness of the soul and creativity are the characteristics which lead back to the southern origins of Felice Lo Basso, who is able to thrill our guests with creations and delicacies which are always new.
His great skill in only choosing top quality fresh products and his ethical respect for the raw material in its own right are only two of the qualities which make this great chef stand out.
Well-known in the sector, in just a short time this young talent has become one of the best chefs working in a hotel structure in the Dolomites and Alps. For some time now he has been holding cookery courses and takes part in television broadcasts. In 2010 a cookery book will be published in which he has played an active part.
