The cuisine of the Alpenroyal Grand Hotel ***** has been awarded 2 hats and 15 out of 20 points by the Gault Millau guide.
Our Chef Felice Lo Basso and his team endeavour to create new excellent, refined dishes every day. They are satisfied with only the best for our guests.
Our staff in the Stuben and the dining rooms has the specific job of creating a welcoming environment, setting the tables lovingly without neglecting any detail.

You can decide whether to lunch in the Alpine Pine Stube, the blue Dining Room, the Schlosser, and the Rock-climber’s Dining Room dating back to the 18th century with photographs of famous climbers of the Alps and the Dolomites, or the Park Dining Room with its large windows with a panoramic view over the Grand Parc.

In our Grand Hotel soul and palate will enjoy "royal moments in royal cuisine" in the true sense of the word.

Bio breakfast and enormous buffet.

Each day do we offer an abundant English style breakfast along with sweet specialities and salads as well as cereals, muesli, croissants straight from the oven and a range of local bread varieties. We also offer a glass of 'bubbly' for those wishing to start the day in style! A chef prepares crêpes and omelettes to order directly in the breakfast room.

Breakfast available 24 hours. From 7.30 with huge buffet up to 11.00. Afterwards in the main bar.

Room service
Some days you will feel the uncontrollable desire to relax doing absolutely nothing and you won’t even feel like leaving your room. Sometimes, instead, you would like to spend the whole morning in your pyjamas and breakfast in your room like when you were on honeymoon ... royal suite moments.

We can satisfy your every desire:


Room service is available 24 hours a day, to the cost of Euro 6,00 per service, with a wide selection of warm and cold courses for all the guests wishing to dine in the privacy of their rooms.

In-room breakfast service is available from 7.30a.m. to 2.00p.m.
You may order it by hanging the appropriate form on the door of your room or by phone the day before within midnight.
This service is charged at Euro 25.00.

From 11.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. it is possible to order the dishes of our “Room Service” menu.
We would also like to inform you that if you choose in-room dinner, we will deduct Euro 20.00 from half board prices.
Room service dishes are charged à la carte.

From 10.30pm to 7.30am you can order from the “Late night snacks” menu.


Gourmet, vegetarian and dietetic cuisine.
Expertly prepared and stylish dishes without forgoing enjoyment. On request we will prepare special dishes for guests who are allergic to certain foods or ingredients.

Teatime
Afternoon tea is a unique experience at Alpenroyal. Savour the world's most famous blends, such as Darjeeling or Earl Gray made in the true British manner.

Buffet of pastries and sweets
You can select between delicious crêpes, pastries and delicacies from 3 p.m. onwards from the small free buffet located in the pianobar.

Wine cellar
This is a veritable wine-lover's paradise: over 600 different fine wines and top vintages from all over the world.

Wine Tasting
We organise wine tasting tutored by experts to various themes, including those suggested by guests.

Tasting of local cheeses
During dinner we offer you the chance to taste locally produced cheeses including goat's and sheep's cheese, both fresh and mature, made from non-pasteurised milk produced in high mountain farmsteads. 

Ladin traditional dishes
Daily attention in our different menus is dedicated to dishes from the Dolomites valleys in which Ladin, the ancient language of the Alps is spoken, including "Panicia", "Tirtles" or "Fanzieuts da Levá". 

Local and other great italian wines are recommended by our Sommelier.
