Nordic Walking
Nordic Walking - means to move every part of the body and keep you fit, but also have fun and live the nature!
This new tendency represents a revolutionary scientific concept of movement in the nature. You step forward with special sticks that swing alongside your body. This brings 90% of your muscles into play, the movement will take the strain from you, stored energy will gradually come into play and it helps loosen muscle tenseness on shoulders and neck. In comparison to the normal fitness-walk at the same speed, Nordic Walking burns about 46% more calories and consumes more oxygen.
Val Gardena is the ideal place to practice this innovative sport activity. The “Nordic Active Park” in Vallunga - Selva offers three itineraries with different difficulties in the natural park “Puez-Odle”.
A wonderful panoramic view expects you!

Paragliding
Selva di Val Gardena is a magnificent place in which to admire the clear sky, but it is even more beautiful if you look at it from above, trying to touch the cold rocky walls of the Dolomites with a finger. If you are not an expert paraglider, try to launch yourself in tandem with a qualified pilot in a two-seater flight. You will be fascinated, we guarantee ... flying high ... forever
